Entrepreneur Mindset Override

So what kind of things do you tell yourself? When it gets tough, do you get discouraged? Do you give up? Or do refocus and redirect your mindset. You get knocked down, but you get right back up again!

We’ve all had those roadblocks. Something standing in our way keeping us from success. Even those awesome six figure bloggers have run into some of the same issues. What’s the difference? Mindset.mindset define

No matter what thing is holding you back from finding success through your blog or business, you can get past it. With some creative out of the box thinking, you can find a solution so you can press on to succeed.

For me, it was time. Between home, 4 babes who need me, a husband who needs me, and everything else that comes along with a huge family, I was trying to work on my blog and biz but getting frustrated because I had to keep stopping to tend to the family or house.

With some creativity and mindset, I was able to turn my situation around. I realized that with four kids, there is no reason I should be doing all of the clean up. So I delegate tasks now like the CEO of my home. Everybody has a little something they need to do each day. Man oh man, was that a life changer. Also I utilize my husbands days off to get blogging tasks done and scheduled. I also use my phone, like a lot to write and complete other blogging tasks. I use the pages app for writing my posts so I can write either on my phone or computer. I put my 11 year old in charge of my two year old in the afternoons if I am working on something for the blog or courses. These changes were a game changer for me and this blog.

I could have stayed frustrated and kept doing the same thing to only keep getting the same results- a lack of time and an abundance of frustration. But instead, I changed my mindset and put on my thinking cap to figure out a way to solve my roadblock.

Mindset is a personal defeat and can be overcome

You have the power to make things happen. As a soloprenuer, entrepreneur, blogger, you have what it takes to succeed! It may be difficult to think positive at times, but you are in the verge of greatness. You are on this constant roller coaster of yay, I did it! That was awesome! Oh man, what just happened? Oh no, I made a mistake. I can’t do this. yay! That worked well! Oh no, that didn’t work so well. What?!? My numbers are through the roof! Oh my numbers have plummeted. You know the roller coaster that i am talking about.

These are all things we tell ourselves. Maybe not verbally and maybe not even knowingly, but mindset is the only thing that will make you or break you. Look at all of those millionaires out there. Do you think they always had it great? Do you think that they never felt defeat or felt the repercussions from a mistake. They did! Just like you and me. We all go through it, whether working for someone else or as a soloprenuer.

You have the potential to shine and create something absolutely fabulous. YOU, my dear and no one else. No one is going to kiss your boo boo’s. No one is going hug you and tell you its going to be alright. Only your mindset will keep you going make you give up. (ok, so maybe that bit was a bit harsh, but you know what I mean. As an entrepreneur, you have to overcome your own doubt.)

So what does this all mean? Good question! YOU have the power, this undeniable force, this limitless potential. YOU are the one who is going to make big things happen. Whether you are looking to create an online business, monetize the heck out of your blog, sell e-products. Whatever it is that you are trying to make a business out of, you have to remember one thing… You can!

I’m going to give it to you straight, in my mom voice, because I tell this to my kids all the time…

As soon as you get rid of the word can't, you'll see just how much you CAN ~Michelle Augimeri Click To Tweet

I used this phrase as a preschool teacher, a mom, and to my own mentality when I hit roadblocks or feel defeated. Remember that you can do it. You fall, but you gotta get right back up and try again.

Brush it off of you shoulder and keep going, keep creating, and keep your chin up. You are on the verge of greatness! You have to know that and feel that from within. Come up with creative solutions to overcome those roadblocks and do not let your own mindset get in the way of your success!

So I want to hear from you. What roadblocks do you face with blogging or your business? What solutions have you come up with to change your situation? What is your mindset? Share below!

This is great…and so encouraging! My kids are grown, but working an almost full time teaching job, and dealing with body fatigue(menopausal…ha ha) makes it challenging for sure…the techy side of blogging is what holds me back the most….takes me much longer to get it all done :/ and figured out…I didn’t grow up with this stuff..!
    Thanks for sharing…just fabulous!!

This is fabulous! I lovelovelove how you get your kiddos in on the action, too…not only is it helpful for you, but you’re teaching them all the way! That’s incredible. I hope I can do that, too, someday if/when I’m lucky enough to be a mom!
